Multi Purpose Oil 3in1ⓓ

I received my package yesterday morning. The package was intact and sealed upon delivery. Once I removed the plastic wrapping, I noticed the cardboard box was oily. I opened the box and the plastic sleeve inside the box. I immediately noticed the bottle of oil I ordered had a damaged cap. The oil was positioned awkwardly and forced into the box, causing the damage. All the oil had leaked out into the plastic sleeve, and through the sleeve into the box. Unfortunately the tubes and pedals I ordered have been fouled. The bearings are still useable. I contacted the shop immediately and was asked to send an email with photos describing the issue and that a manager would contact me before the end of the work day. I sent the email promptly. Unfortunately I haven't heard back from anyone as yet.
