At the beginning of December 2025, I ordered 10 off Push In Couplers. I paid through the Payflex an amount of R160.00.
DIYshop replied by assuring me that the parcel would be delivered on the 5th December.
No parcel.
I then got a phone call from The Courier Guy who asked me some questions about an apparent mixup with my order. They told me that my parcel was accidently sent to Bloemfontein. I then get another email informing me that my delivery is scheduled for delivety on the 10th Dec.
No parcel.
Today, 13th December, I am informed that my parcel can be picked up at a Locker Station in Rustenburg.
The really strange fact about the whole mess was the fact that DIYshop also informed me that my parcel would be handled by a company call Internet Express ??
Still no parcel yet and even more concerning is when I finally (and hopefully) do get the parcel - will it contain the correct items I ordered ??
