Inlet valve non functional. Mounting brackets dangerously inadequate

Installing this unit has become a nightmare on my slanted roof. The two thin mounting (retaining) brackets supplied are totally inadequate to support the filled geyser (100 liters plus unit = 130kg?) Causing the supplied screws to rip out of the plastic body. Additionally the supplied inlet valve isn't designed to function at the angle of the roof. It doesn't fill the reservoir due to the inadequate float closing prematurely. It's a nightmare to perch high up a severely slanted roof, trying to get a malfunctioning valve to work. Bleeding the system is also cumbersome as the tank is completely sealed, thus not allowing air out. The outlet fitting must be removed to allow air out. What is going to happen if the water reaches boiling point? Other solar geysers have a breather to accommodate boiling water. So far, so bad. I am seriously doubting this purchase. The idea is good. But the actual mechanics are doubtful.
