Refunds and Returns Policy

• In-Store Returns: Feel free to bring your original receipt. If you don’t have it, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credits within 90 days at the lowest price.
• Card Purchases: For cash refunds on card purchases, a 5% handling fee applies.
• Lay Buys: If lay buys are unpaid after 3 months, prices may change. For fully paid lay buys left uncollected, there’s a storage charge of R200/month.
• Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, some items can’t be returned or exchanged, including custom cuts and damaged or misused items.
• Power Tools: Warranties for faulty tools are managed by the manufacturer.
• Online Purchases: Our online rules match in-store ones, including non-refundable shipping. If items are damaged during transit, please email us pictures.
• Cancelled Orders: A 2% refund fee applies for cancellations. If you need to return items, a 15% handling fee will be charged. Refunds depend on your original payment method.
