STIHL Policies

Unfortunately not as all machines undergo a PDI (Pre delivery inspection) 

Machines tested and adjusted to suit the user as well the the altitude the client resides in.

STIHL  Warranty periods are as follows:


Domestic Use
All STIHL  Products** shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, where the product is used for domestic purposes


Professional Use
All STIHL Products shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, where the product is designed for semi-professional or professional users and used in these respective applications


Hire Use
All STIHL Products shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, where the product is being offered for hire purposes

* Subject to Product Registration & Annual Servicing.
* 2 years from the date of purchase in respect of ignition modules purchased after 1 January 2002; and
* a lifetime warranty in respect of ignition modules purchased before January 2002

Return & Exchanges

Email us stating your reason you would like to have the item returned.

Emails us with pictures of the parcel.

Also state weather the items had defective packaging.

Was the item damaged by the courier?
